This is not a remote position. You will working out of our Burnside office.

The role day today:
This is not a remote position. You will working out of our Burnside office.
  • Positively present and represent the company in the community.
  • Filing of documents produced/processed by the Strata Administration team.
  • Updating and working with the property management database as required.
  • Administration for the client and building onboarding and offboarding.
  • Updating existing database entries including client and general strata corporation information.
  • Managing physical and electronic filing.
  • Handling confidential documents with complete discretion.
  • Supporting Property Mangers and Administrative team with additional duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with people and systems.
  • Previous experience working in administrative role is an asset.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent typing and knowledge of computer systems including Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.
  • Ability to work with various computer systems.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative.
  • Being flexible and adaptable to changing procedures and tasks.
  • Clean criminal record check.
  • Ability to handle multiple things going on at once including multitasking, prioritizing, meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication with the team.

Position Details:
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • $37-40,000 annually to start.
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • You will be working out of our Victoria office which is currently open by appointment only to keep our team safe.
  • Remote work opportunities available upon completion of the training period (please note that this is not a 100% remote position, in-office hours will be required).
