Front Stage Coordinator/Receptionist

We are looking for a motivated individual with passion for helping people to join our team. Are you looking for an exciting and challenging career but don't have property management or reception experience? For the right person, we are happy to bring you onboard and train you! In this client-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. 

This position will be based out of our Burnside office and then relocate to our newly-built Westshore office in August or September.

What you’ll do:
  • Answer a multi-line switchboard and direct calls efficiently to our 60+ staff members
  • Welcome walk-in clients and trades at our busy head office
  • Receive, post, reconcile, and deposit cash payments 
  • Use a variety of programs to navigate through tasks, such as phone software, information databases, an electronic in/out board, and Outlook 
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence
  • Coordinate and track keys provided to trades and property residents

The details:

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Cash handling experience (required)
  • Experience handling a multi-line phone system or switchboard
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check (required)
Position Details
  • $40,000-50,000 annually 
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Burnside office location (20 Burnside Rd West) until August or September, moving to our new head office in the    Westshore (888 Attree Avenue)
  • Hours of work: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00, with 1 hour for lunch 
  • Office closed on weekends and statutory holidays
